1. Fill out the information below make sure to include the product ID of the items you want to purchase
2. An e-mail will be sent to you with the exact price (products + shipping)
3. Mail your check or cash
4. Your items will be mailed when check/cash is received ($30 fee added for returned checks and basket will not be mailed until sufficient funds are received)
